Luxurious B&B

We offer luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation in three elegant and spacious character beamed rooms.  The Lodge is set in 3 acres of tranquil water gardens only four minutes from the Historic town of Kerikeri.

The Lodge is a delightful mixture of the old and the new, having an  'Olde World Charm'  and period elegance with modern comforts, ideal for that quiet refreshing time away. Guests can enjoy a healthy organic or full English breakfast by the bay windows in their own spacious beamed  lounge with open fireplace and library.

Wellness Day Clinic

Be pampered with optional massage and manipulative treatments by your friendly and experienced hosts, Jeff and Linda Cooper, who have been musculoskeletal practitioners for over 35 years. We can help sooth away your tensions with a relaxing massage, or have a complete spinal check and receive a deep muscle release and manipulative treatment.

Accommodation

The Georgian Lodge has three very spacious and private rooms. All have individual pocketed sprung or Design Mobil slatted beds for excellent spinal support and restful sleep, high quality linen, wicker settees. 

The Kauri and Riverview rooms have a wealth of  beams with Rimu floors and Kauri walls, ensuite bathrooms.

The Riverview room has a super King that converts to twins and two singles in an adjoining room.

The Kauri room has a queen sleigh bed which adds to its romantic ambience and restful character, with views over the garden and countryside, ideal for that special weekend away.

The Georgian Room has river views with a His and Hers private bathroom. 

• All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, fluffy robes, and natural herbal toiletries.
• Wi-Fi is available throughout the property with complimentary use of a laptop.

Guest's Lounge and Function Room

• This room boasts a wealth of Kauri and Rimu beams, an inglenook fireplace hi-fi music, Wi-Fi internet access with free use of Laptop, library and games. 
• There is also a small fridge for guests own use and filter coffee/tea making facilities.
• Room is available for corporate or private meetings and small weddings, special occasions.
