Situated at Skudders Beach, Kerikeri only 5 minutes from the centre of Kerikeri township in the “winterless north” region of New Zealand.
Treat yourself to a relaxing break in a quiet, homely, semi-rural setting so close to the town centre.

Our aim is to provide you with maximum comfort whatever the reasons for your break, whether it is visiting friends, anniversary, birthday treat or just to escape from the pressures of work and the big city.

During your stay relax in our outdoor pool or visit some of the many tourist activities all within easy driving distance. Cape Reinga and 90 Mile Beach, Paihia, Russell, or perhaps enjoy a game of golf at one of the world’s top courses at Kauri Cliffs.

We are an ideal base for you to explore the Far North. You can spend 2 to 3 days just exploring the tourist activities and attractions in and around the area. We are just a 3 hour drive north of Auckland.

You have your own private deck area to enjoy a relaxing time at the end of a busy day.
